Pentair's Hydraulic Housing is designed for the removal of particulate from oils and industrial fluids. Our housings accept standard element I.D. of 2-5/8" to 3-1/2", O.D. of 6" or 7" and heights up to 36 inches.

Quality construction and design assure protection for all down-stream equipment. Can be used for filtering diesel fuel, fuel oils, solvents, mineral oil, transformer oils, hydraulic systems and numerous industrial process fluids.
Vessel Construction:Our housing is designed for operating up to 100 PSI at 250 degrees Fahrenheit. The housing design provides a large sump area at the bottom for dirt and scale accumulation with a convenient 2 inch clean-out port. This design utilizes the filter more efficiently and prolongs the element life.
Permanently piped housings are opened with simple tools without disturbing the piping. Swing bolts with eye-nuts allow easy opening and closing of the swing-lid. No need to remove any hardware. As a standard finish, all vessels are blast cleaned and painted inside and out with a 2-part epoxy. Stainless steel vessels are supplied with a satin finish.
SpecificationsHousing lid has a 3-bolt swing closure, vent port and Buna o-ring. Connections are 2 inch NPT couplings which may be used in-line or at a 90 degree setting. Housing is supplied with a 2 inch bottom clean-out port for easy maintenance. A two-part epoxy finish is applied on the carbon steel vessels to maximize the life of the housing; stainless steel vessels are supplied with a satin finish. A full tie-rod with aluminum hand nut secures the element for a positive seal. Vessels are rated at a 100 pounds per square inch design.
